In a story published by sinbin.vegas, Lehner and his wife Donya applied the Chapter 7 bankruptcy with the District of Nevada on December 30th, 2022.

The incident occurred after Lehner was reported to have had stopped paying the acquisition of $1.2 million Ben Renick,
